Recently, the Youxi Wanbaoyuan Mining Co., Ltd. gold-silver-copper polymetallic concentrator, a key project in Sanming City, officially commenced trial production with feed in the Lingang Industrial Zone of Youxi County, Fujian Province. XEMC Intelligent Energy Technology Co., Ltd. supplied over 110 sets of permanent magnet drive systems for the first phase of the project, supporting the green launch of this new mine, which is expected to achieve an annual output value exceeding 600 million yuan upon full completion.

XEMC’s equipment covers the entire beneficiation process from crushing to dust removal, providing core power support for the plant’s sealed, digitalized, and intelligent control. Key stages such as grinding, reagent mixing, and flotation utilize permanent magnet direct-drive systems, eliminating intermediate transmission components like traditional reducers and couplings. This results in a more streamlined transmission, improved energy efficiency, and reduced maintenance.

Behind the efficient operation is a set of impressive energy-saving data. Compared to conventional induction motors, XEMC’s permanent magnet drive systems achieve an energy-saving rate of over 20%, reduce noise by 30%, save more than 4.6 million kWh of electricity annually, and cut carbon emissions by over 3.6 tons per year.
