Consolidating Safety Responsibilities, Fortifying the Foundation for Development | XEMC Conducts Special Safety Production Supervision
To thoroughly implement the provincial and municipal work deployments on comprehensive safety production inspection and remediation, tighten and consolidate the primary responsibility for safety production, comprehensively identify and rectify major safety risks and hazards, and resolutely prevent and curb production safety accidents, on June 1, Zhang Yuelei, Deputy Party Secretary, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of XEMC, and Chairman of XEMC, led a team. The Party Committee leadership team was divided into four supervision groups to conduct a full-coverage, dragnet-style special supervision on safety production, safeguarding the company's high-quality development with high-level safety.

During the supervision process, each group adhered to a problem-oriented, goal-oriented, and results-oriented approach. They focused on verifying the implementation status of previous inspection and remediation deployments, the effectiveness of closed-loop rectification of hidden dangers, and whether there was any rebound. They closely monitored key links such as lifting operations, hot work, confined spaces, temporary electricity use, equipment safety, rigging specifications, protective equipment wearing, and hazardous operation approvals, conducting item-by-item inspections and on-site verifications. Simultaneously, they checked the management and control of major risk points, emergency response procedures, the integrity of fire-fighting facilities, warehouse safety management, and the implementation of occupational disease prevention measures, ensuring no blind spots, no missed corners, and no mere formalities.
The company requires that all cadres and employees firmly shoulder the political responsibility for safety production, with a sense of responsibility that is always vigilant and the execution ability to ensure everything is implemented properly, grasping and refining all safety management tasks.
Consolidate full-staff responsibility. Heads of each unit should take the lead in fulfilling their duties and command from the front. All employees must strictly observe regulations and fulfill their responsibilities on duty, resolutely eliminating bureaucracy and formalism.
Vigorously pursue hazard rectification. Strictly implement the management of the "three lists": problem list, rectification list, and responsibility list. Adhere to immediate investigation and rectification, immediate correction upon discovery, and full tracking and closed-loop closure of rectification items with deadlines.
Enforce strict safety discipline. Seriously notify and strictly hold accountable those units and individuals who go through the motions in inspection and remediation, fail to implement responsibilities, or have prominent hazard issues.
Strengthen coordination and linkage. Timely report safety information and hazard situations, achieving early detection, early reporting, early handling, and early elimination, jointly safeguarding the company's overall stability in safety production.
XEMC has always adhered to the concept of safe development, continuously deepened comprehensive safety production inspections and remediations, normalized special inspections, hazard management, and emergency drills, constantly improved the full-staff safety production responsibility system, and promoted the transformation of safety management from passive response to active prevention. The company strives to build a solid defense line for safety production, providing a solid safety guarantee for the stable operation and high-quality development of the enterprise.
