The release of this new product cluster has filled many technical gaps in my country's high-end ocean-going ship power equipment. 19000 standard container-level permanent magnet shaft generator: the “energy-saving heart” of ocean-going ships

The 4450kW high-power permanent magnet shaft generator released this time is the world's first domestic shaft power generation equipment adapted to ultra-large container ships with a capacity of 19,000 TEU. It can be called the "energy-saving heart" of ocean-going ships. This product adopts permanent magnet synchronous direct drive technology and is directly driven by the ship's main engine. It can efficiently use the redundant power of the main engine to generate electricity, replacing the traditional auxiliary engine power generation mode. The energy saving rate exceeds 20%, significantly reducing the fuel consumption and carbon emissions of large ocean-going ships, and perfectly meets the low-carbon emission requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

The product has the advantages of high power density, compact structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. It adopts high insulation grade materials and advanced sealing technology, and can adapt to the harsh environment of high temperature, high humidity, and high salt spray in ocean voyages, and has a continuous operation time of more than 100,000 hours without failure. Both motors adopt a modular design with strong adaptability and are compatible with the power system configurations of different ship types. They have completed system joint debugging on a 10,000-ton electric ship in Wuhu Shipyard, and their operating performance is stable and reliable. As the first independently developed 10,000-ton marine propulsion motor in China, its successful release breaks the long-term monopoly of overseas brands in this field and fills in the shortcomings of my country's high-end ship propulsion motors.
