Recently, XEMC’s self-developed intelligent unmanned rail transport and unloading system for mining applications was shipped to a European client. The system, comprising a 55-ton unmanned locomotive, 20-cubic-meter bottom-dump mining cars, and an intelligent unloading station, demonstrates the international competitiveness of XEMC’s high-end equipment manufacturing through its innovative “trinity” design.
Intelligent Core, Fully Unmanned Operation
The unmanned transport system utilizes advanced intelligent control technology, enabling real-time interaction with unmanned driving systems to achieve continuous automated ore unloading. The driverless locomotive is equipped with a high-precision positioning system for centimeter-level accurate parking, while its perception system integrates LiDAR and cameras, providing all-weather operational monitoring.
Robust Craftsmanship, Durable and Reliable
Featuring a dual-redundancy design, the system adopts proven branded core components, ensuring over 8,000 hours of maintenance-free operation within its lifecycle. Its modular design cuts maintenance time by 50%.
Through rigorous strength analysis and motion simulation, the system’s unloading efficiency has been improved by over 30%. It complies with both CE safety directives and Chinese mining safety standards. The pneumatic system’s multi-redundancy design reduces action failure rates to below 0.1%, placing its safety performance at the industry forefront.

Three core patents have been filed for the exported equipment, including the invention patent for “A Curved Rail Unloading Device for Bottom-Dump Mining Cars,” providing solid technical support for its global outreach.
