China Treasury Construction Benchmark Enterprise Award The "Sinan Award" is the industry's first large-scale selection activity focusing on treasury construction, which closely follows the treasury construction and digital transformation orientation of central state-owned enterprises and large and medium-sized private enterprises, aiming to implement national policies, commend benchmark enterprises, set industry models, and promote high-quality development. The selection attracted nearly 170 institutions, including central enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, large and medium-sized private enterprises, banking institutions, technology manufacturers and other different types of institutions. The jury conducts a comprehensive evaluation from the five dimensions of "industry leadership, product innovation, user experience, team execution, and brand marketing", and the award has both extensive authority and reliable credibility in the industry.

In recent years, the demand for corporate financial business has continued to develop, and xemc Group has actively responded to the policy guidelines of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the construction of the treasury of Hunan Province, conformed to the trend of digitalization, started the construction of the treasury system in October 2024, and successfully completed the launch of the system in June 2025.

In order to further improve the efficiency and management level of capital operation, xemc Group has built an integrated digital intelligence treasury system. The new system realizes the online operation of account management, fund settlement, bill management, financing, guarantee, letter of credit management, capital risk analysis, capital concentration, capital planning and other businesses, covering all levels of units, efficiently controlling all account resources, including 143 bank accounts, and supporting automatic bank-enterprise reconciliation, which greatly improves operational standardization and data processing efficiency.

Through the platform's automatic timed collection function, the efficiency of fund collection has been significantly improved, and the collection rate has exceeded 90% after excluding restricted funds. At the same time, relying on business accounting control and intelligent comparison of income and expenditure flows, the system realizes the online closed-loop management of debt financing business, effectively enhancing the group's risk monitoring and decision support capabilities. At present, xemc Group has achieved online direct processing of the whole process of bills, business coverage, and automatic voucher generation rate of 100%, initially achieving the management goal of "visible and controllable" funds, and breaking through business data barriers through the closed loop of treasury integration, strengthening data governance with unified account management standards, and improving efficiency with the dual dimension of "account attributes + transaction behavior", laying a solid foundation for the stable operation and high-quality development of the enterprise.
