The third quarter is a critical period for the whole year. Walking into the medium-sized motor production base of xemc Co., Ltd., a busy production scene: the crane shuttles in an orderly manner, the assembly line runs efficiently, and the roar of the machine and teamwork are intertwined, playing a tough movement of going all out and striving to be the first. As orders continued to rise, the volume of production tasks in September increased by 70% compared to the same period last year. In the face of challenges, all staff worked together to start the third quarter with a decisive attitude.

In order to ensure the smooth achievement of production goals, the medium-sized motor production base implements refined task management, decomposes the indicators layer by layer into teams and individuals, and all employees work together to fight high temperature and seize progress. At the same time, we strictly grasp quality control, build a solid quality defense line with the requirement of "zero defects", and conduct strict tests on the performance of each motor before leaving the factory to ensure that all parameters meet 100% standards.
The biggest challenge this month is the production task of 8 permanent magnet asynchronous motors. Among them, the assembly of rotor magnets is the core difficulty - due to the occlusion of the core structure, the operator cannot directly visually check the number, direction and position of the magnets. To this end, the medium-sized motor production base quickly dispatched four production backbones, including Xiong Weijun, a senior technician with 30 years of motor assembly experience, and Ma Xin, who has 15 years of experience in magnet precision assembly, to form a special research team. With rich practical experience, the research team developed a set of simple second-class tooling and successfully achieved "precise positioning". After actual verification, the tooling controls the position error of the magnet within ±0.03mm, and the accuracy reaches 100%.

At present, the medium-sized motor production base is sprinting with all its might, tackling tough problems, and comprehensively speeding up and increasing efficiency and striving to break through production capacity under the premise of resolutely adhering to the red line of safe production and strictly controlling product quality.
