On May 27, Wang Jinsheng, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union of Dongfang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Dongfang Electric Corporation), along with his delegation, visited XEMC to inspect and exchange insights on trade union development, employee services, and model worker innovation initiatives. Li Jun, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of XEMC, Liao Jingao, Vice Chairman of the XEMC Trade Union and Chairman of the Xiangtan Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Trade Union, Liu Shengqian, Vice Chairman of the Dongfang Electric Machinery Trade Union, and other relevant trade union officials from both sides participated in the inspection and discussion.

During the inspection, Wang Jinsheng and his delegation visited the company exhibition hall, production sites, model worker innovation studios, the "Home for Employees" (staff activity center), and the Employee Health Management Center, gaining in‑depth understanding of the company’s distinctive practices and achievements in reform and development, talent cultivation, and improving the quality of life for employees.

At the exchange symposium, both sides shared their respective corporate profiles, trade union work, reform in the development of industrial worker teams, and efforts to enhance employees’ quality of life.

Both parties agreed that this exchange has established an excellent platform for mutual learning and progress, effectively facilitating the sharing of trade union work experience.
