In recent days, the high temperature has continued. The quality center of Xiangdian Co., Ltd. has built a solid quality fortress under the high-temperature "baking" test and fully cooperated with the workshop production assault operation.

Under the current high temperature weather, the heat wave in the production workshop and open-air yard of Xiangdian Group hit the ground. The staff of the flaw detection team of the Metrology and Physical and Chemical Department of the Quality Center braved the scorching sun and focused on non-destructive testing. They either lean over or squat next to the hot equipment or steel plates, holding precision instruments, and meticulously inspecting key parts such as welds and steel plates, providing a solid guarantee for the "quality year".

In the face of the high standards of the "quality year", the flaw detection team is well aware of the heavy responsibility. From raw material warehousing, key component processing to finished products ready to go before leaving the factory, they strictly control the quality nodes of each process.
At the end of July, a flaw detection task was issued for an express project from Hunan Electric Power. The flaw detection team immediately activated the "24-hour response" mechanism. At half past seven that night, three key members quickly assembled and stood by. After the disassembly of the core components of the product was completed, they worked overnight, sticking to the workshop late at night, racing against time to conduct flaw detection to ensure accuracy, and finally completed the inspection task of key nodes early the next morning. Subsequently, another group of flaw detectors seamlessly docked and continued to fight to ensure the on-time delivery of the express product.
In order to improve the accuracy and work efficiency of testing, the flaw detection team also combined professional knowledge and practical experience to compile the "Standardized Physical and Chemical Inspection Sample Preparation Work Standards", which effectively solved the problem of testing misjudgment caused by insufficient preparation of the artifacts sent for inspection, and closely cooperated with various production units to ensure that the principle of "quality first" was implemented. The flaw detection team takes practical actions to protect product quality and corporate reputation under the high-temperature "baking" inspection.

Stick to the post to ensure progress and quality

In the coil workshop, the quality center embedded line inspection class is a solid line of defense for product quality. Since June, the cumulative number of embedded line inspections has exceeded 953, a record high in the same period, and through precise control, it has ensured that the pass rate of products for inspection continues to be better than the high standard target.
Challenges are also opportunities. With the merger of the traction workshop and the coil workshop embedding inspection work, a new test is ahead. The team acted quickly to solve the problem with "mutual learning and mutual learning, echelon improvement". Team members took the initiative to pair up and help each other, sharing test details, equipment operation tips and safety specification points. In a short period of time, all 9 members successfully "cleared customs" and mastered the inspection technology of various motors, laying a solid foundation for more accurate and efficient protection of the company's product quality.
At present, production has entered a critical period, and all staff of the quality center are strictly implementing the operating procedures in the high-temperature environment, closely cooperating, actively filling the position, strictly controlling the quality with a "zero tolerance" attitude, preventing unqualified products from flowing into the next process, and going all out to escort product safety and quality.
