100 days to eliminate hidden dangers and escort safety to promote development
Since July, Xiangdian has carried out the "100-day safety and accident-free competition" activity, firmly established the concept of safe development, compacted the line of defense for safety production responsibility, effectively prevented and resolved various safety risks, and laid a solid safety foundation for the successful completion of the annual production and operation goals.

As an important part of the competition, the company recently organized 128 relevant responsible persons and managers to carry out special knowledge training and assessment of safety and equipment management, further improve the professionalism and performance ability of personnel in key positions, and build a solid foundation for safety production management.
This training focuses on more than 30 core systems and specifications, such as the newly revised "Safety Production Responsibility System for All Employees" and "Special Equipment Management Rules", which fully cover the four key areas of production safety, equipment management, energy control, and transportation. Training innovation has built a closed-loop mechanism for the whole process of "learning-mock test-formal examination-make-up examination". Students must complete the online question bank practice (pass rate ≥80%) and pass the mock exam before they can take the official exam. This mechanism directly relates the training results with job appointments, effectively promotes the trainees to attach great importance to the effectiveness of learning, ensures that safety knowledge and management norms are truly "in the brain and heart", and effectively compacts safety responsibilities to the "nerve endings" of grassroots management, escorting the company's safety production.

During the "100-day safety and accident-free competition", the company simultaneously promoted a number of actions such as special rectification of equipment, special inspection of violations of regulations and special inspection of fire safety "smooth life channel". A total of 153 problems were found in the investigation, and 7 inspection notices were issued. The company strictly implements the "three determinations" (fixed personnel, fixed time, and fixed measures) rectification mechanism to ensure that 100% of the problems are rectified in place. At the same time, all units actively mobilize all employees to participate in the activity of "finding potential safety hazards around them", and will rectify and improve the problems found through self-inspection and self-correction, with a completion rate of 95.24%.
In the next step, Xiangdian will continue to deepen the results of the "100-day safety and no accident" activity, and strive to build a stronger safety barrier for the high-quality development of the enterprise through measures such as establishing a long-term mechanism, strengthening process control, and in-depth cultivation of safety culture, so as to ensure the company's sustained, stable and healthy development.
