The YE5 series high-efficiency energy-saving three-phase asynchronous motor is a low-voltage, fully enclosed, high efficiency squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor with a self-equipped fan for cooling, which meets the energy efficiency limits. its efficiency value fully complies with the Grade-1 energy efficiency standards specified in GB 18613-2020 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Values of Efficiency Grades for Motors and aligns with the IE5 eficiency classification of the international standard IEC 60034-30 Rotating Electrical Machines - Part 30: Efficiency Classes of Single Speed, Three-Phase, Cage-induction Motors (IE-Code). it features low noise, high torque, excellent starting performance, robust instantaneous overload capacity, a compact design, and ease of use and maintenance. Compared to the Y series motors, the YE5 series high-eficiency energy-saving three-phase asynchronous motor achieves a 10%- 24% reduction inlosses.
Applicable Scope
The motor is extensively applied in driving general-purpose machinery such as compressors, ventilators, water pumpscuting machines, transportation machinery, and other mechanical equipment. lt serves as a prime motor in industries such as mining, machinery, petrochemicals, and electricity to drive large inertia machines such as blowers, coal mills, rolling milshoists, crushers, and conveyor belts.

Flywheel Energy Storage System
Flywheel energy storage constitutes a physical energy storage method, harnessing the kinetic energy inherent in a rotating body to store and release electrical energy. This conversion between kinetic and electrical energy is achieved via an electric motor/generator coaxially mounted with the flywheel assembly. When operating as a motor, the drive unit accelerates the flywheel rotor, converting input electrical energy into stored kinetic energy. When operating as a generator, the drive unit decelerates the flywheel rotor, converting stored kinetic energy back into electrical energy for output. The acceleration and deceleration of the drive unit are controlled by a dedicated control unit.
